Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect product selection
• Cosmetic variations that naturally occur in handmade glass
• Normal wear and tear

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
